Process rules:

Every parcel is issued with a “Proforma-invoice” declaration and is assigned a unique number, which is used for tracking parcels or goods. When declaring parcels or goods the following needs to be specified: “dress”, “shoes”, “t-shirt”, “cosmetics”, etc., and the quantity of each item; declaring general names, such as “second-hand things” and “clothes” is not allowed. For registration, we will need the address, name and phone number of the recipient, so that upon receipt of the parcels or goods from you a company representative can get in touch before delivery. If the parcel is addressed to a charitable organisation, boarding school, children’s home or another legal entity it is preferable (both on the waybill and the parcel) to write the address of the legal entity and the name of the recipient.
